Main Features
  • Automated Plating Workflow - The system automatically handles the complete plating process, while loading and unloading are performed manually. Flight bars are transferred by trolleys at the loading and unloading stations.
  • Flexible Gantry Handling - The number of gantry transporters can be configured according to production requirements. Each transporter provides vertical lifting and horizontal travel, with high- and low-speed modes for efficient and accurate movement.
  • Recipe-Based Control - Operators can identify products by barcode, IC card, or computer input. Once the product code is entered, the IPC retrieves the corresponding process recipe and sends the required commands to the PLC for automatic execution.
  • Accurate Positioning - An absolute positioning system ensures precise transporter movement. Each processing tank has a unique identification code to help prevent positioning errors and over-travel.
  • Integrated Safety Protection - The system includes collision avoidance devices, rail-end travel protection, derailment prevention, and emergency braking systems to improve operational safety.
  • Process Data Management - Key parameters, including temperature, processing time, current, and other operating data, are collected and stored in the IPC for monitoring, record keeping, review, and printing.
Operating Process
The operator first moves the trolley carrying the flight bar, jigs, and workpieces to the loading station. After entering the product code and pressing "Load Ready," the IPC automatically loads the corresponding process recipe and communicates with the PLC. The gantry transporter then picks up the flight bar and moves the workpieces through each processing stage according to the programmed sequence. Once the cycle is complete, the flight bar is returned to the trolley at the unloading station, and an audible signal alerts the operator to remove the finished products. Throughout the cycle, process parameters are automatically recorded in the IPC, providing convenient production monitoring and process traceability.
